Please Note:
For the Black community, grappling with this loss can be even more challenging because historically, many of us have been taught to “pray it away” or heard phrases like “Black people don’t do that.” Losing a loved one to suicide brings about a unique set of thoughts and emotions compared to losing someone to a physical illness or car accident, as we can have a hard time trying to make sense of their decision.
This is a supportive community dedicated to helping individuals navigate the challenging journey of grief. It is a safe space to be with others who can relate, share your feelings, find understanding, and embark on a path towards healing.
